Support Medical Systems accepts returns within 30 days of date of purchase that are un-opened, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Any item meeting these criteria that is returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Proof of defect will be required to proceed with return. Special order items and bathroom equipment are not eligible for returns and are final sale. Freight / delivery charges are non-refundable.
