36" x 80" Low Air Loss and Alternating Pressure mattress replacement system includes an 8" overall height mattress with easy to use control unit. The pump delivers continuous air flow to the 5" air cells that run through the mattress, slowly leaking air to control temperature and moisture that can cause or exacerbate pressure ulcers. The air cells alternate pressure every ten minutes to manually offload pressure. Mattress includes a 3'" foam base for added comfort and protection in the event of power failure.
